Ragle Inc. is seeking a Heavy Civil Construction Scheduler in North Richland Hills, TX. The role focuses on developing, updating, and analyzing schedules for highway and bridge projects using Primavera P6, ensuring critical path integrity and timely project completion.

You will collaborate with project management, field operations, owners, and subcontractors to support timely delivery, change orders, and time impact analyses. A strong CPM background and TXDOT knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling.
• Experience creating baseline, update, recovery, and as-built schedules.
• Experience with Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and producing TIA reports.

Responsabilités

• Develop baseline CPM schedules for heavy civil projects using Primavera P6.
• Maintain and update project schedules weekly/monthly, tracking progress vs baseline.
• Identify critical path impacts and develop recovery/acceleration plans.
• Prepare schedule narratives, exhibits for changes, and claims as needed.
• Coordinate with PMs, field teams, and subcontractors on schedule updates.
• Assist with bid-phase schedule development and phasing plans.
• Ensure schedules meet TXDOT and contract requirements.
• Produce executive-level schedule reports and dashboards.
