Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Scheduler for a leading heavy civil contractor in the Milwaukee area. The role focuses on developing and maintaining project schedules across multiple civil projects, collaborating with engineering and field teams.

The ideal candidate holds a construction-related degree, has 5+ years of scheduling experience, and is proficient with Primavera P6. Milwaukee metro residency is required.

Qualifications

• Construction-related degree required (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.).
• 5+ years of scheduling experience.
• Experience across diverse heavy civil: Utilities, Dams, Tunnels, Bridge, Roads, Rail, etc.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Ability to schedule and oversee multiple projects at once.
• Must reside in the Milwaukee metro area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules for multiple heavy civil projects.
• Coordinate with project teams, engineers, and field leaders to align timelines.
• Track progress, critical paths, and milestones; report variances and recovery plans.
