Position: Heavy Civil Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy civil construction, including infrastructure projects such as highways, bridges, and utilities. The role requires leadership, project coordination, and a focus on completing projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage heavy civil construction projects from start to finish.
2. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
3. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
4. Supervise on-site activities, ensuring safety and quality standards.
5. Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
6. Manage resources including labor, materials, and equipment.
7. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
8. Foster communication among team members and partners.

Qualifications

1. At least 5 years of experience in heavy civil project management.
