Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

We are a high-value expert in Bridge, Highway, and Transportation Construction, with successful projects since 1987. We are a certified Class A Contractor via the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR), with over $10 million in equipment and more than $60M in annual revenues.

We are seeking a heavy civil Superintendent with experience and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will be driven, reliable, self-motivated, and a team player, with experience overseeing highway, bridge, structure, and DOT projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee heavy civil construction projects, including highways, bridges, and structures.
• Coordinate project activities with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress.
• Conduct site visits and resolve issues.
• Ensure DOT compliance and safety standards.
• Prepare and present project reports.
• Manage project documentation, contracts, permits, and change orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of heavy civil construction management experience.
• Proven experience with highways, bridges, and large-scale civil structures.
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations and compliance.
• Knowledge of HeavyJob, BlueBeam, and P6 is a plus.
