Job summary

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required.
  • 3+ years of heavy civil construction experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools and Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

  • Acquiring, organizing, reviewing and distributing project submittals & RFIs.
  • Creating and maintaining all required Project Logs and takeoffs.
  • Communicating with the owner and client representatives.
  • Maintaining project budgets and complete required cost reports.
  • Scheduling self-perform, subcontractor work and supplier material deliveries.
  • Reading and interpreting project plans, specifications, safety rules, manuals.
