Job summary

LaRiviere, Inc. is seeking a Heavy Civil & Excavation Project Coordinator to support project managers and field personnel on excavation and concrete projects in the Boise, Idaho region.

Experience with heavy civil work (roads, bridges, water and sewer) is preferred, with strong opportunities for growth. The role involves coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, and owners, managing project documentation, budgets, and compliance such as SWPPP reporting and payrolls, and attending project

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years construction experience/knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to communicate with various vendors, Owners, & Stakeholders in professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Project Manager in gathering equipment, resources, vendors, subcontractors for the implementation of won projects.
• Project administration and administration for subcontractors and vendors.
• Liaison for government entities, vendors, suppliers, and owners on projects.
• Coordination with internal departments in the reconciliation of contracts and po’s to maintain budgets, submitting engineering submittals, certified payrolls, SWPPP reporting and field support as required.
