Descripción del empleo

Imagine a day where you start by reviewing a Primavera P6 schedule for a major interchange, walk the site to verify safety and quality controls, negotiate a change order before lunch, realign resources with field supervision in the afternoon, and finish by issuing a clear progress update and financial forecast. • Active risk identification and mitigation, resolving issues before they affect cost or schedule.
  • Leadership of safety, quality, and environmental compliance programs in the field and office.
  • Contract administration: enforce terms, manage RFIs, submittals, and negotiate/execute change orders.

  • Permitting and compliance oversight, including verification of subcontractor insurance and required documentation.
  • Strategic procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontracted work aligned to schedule needs.

  • Primary point of contact for owners, designers, vendors, and agencies; facilitate progress meetings and ensure productive collaboration.
  • Monthly reporting to leadership—transparent status, risks, and recovery plans.
