Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC in Virginia seeks a Heavy Civil Project Manager to lead roadway and bridge construction from planning through closeout. You’ll manage schedule, budget, safety, and coordination with owners, agencies, subcontractors, and field teams.

Backlog is solid; this self-perform contractor rewards accountability with a strong team and growth opportunities. Base salary ranges $140k–$180k with bonus and relocation support for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years managing heavy/highway, road, or bridge civil construction projects.
• Proven track record running medium-to-large heavy civil projects as a PM.
• Strong DOT/VDOT, roadway, grading, drainage, paving, or utility background.

Responsibilities

• Own the project from planning through closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead schedule, budget, cost control, forecasting, change orders, documentation, and closeout.
• Act as main project contact with owners, agencies, subcontractors, and vendors.
