Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in civil engineering, construction management or related.
• Ability to travel or relocate as needed.
• Available to work full-time during the summer (approximately May–August).
• Ability to access all points of a construction site in varied climates and environments.
• Demonstrated ethics, safety focus, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Field engineering, operation planning, cost control, project scheduling, quantity tracking, material procurement, contract administration, and supervision of field activities.
• Performing engineering tasks using standard techniques and addressing minor technical problems on site.
• Maintaining records on job progress, costs, material usage, etc.
