Job summary

Agent is seeking a Senior/Mid-Level Estimator to develop detailed heavy civil estimates for US-based projects. This remote role requires strong HeavyBid experience and the ability to work on U.S. market estimates within Mountain Time.

You will perform takeoffs with Civil 3D and AgTech tools, create unit-price based estimates, and collaborate directly with leadership on strategy and growth. Ideal candidates have 8–18+ years experience, fluent English, a Bachelor's degree, and are located in Latin

Title: Senior/Mid-Level Estimator

Level: Senior to Mid-Level (8-18+ years of experience)

Talent Compensation: $1,500–$2,500/month

Time Zone: US Mountain Time (Utah-based company; remote position)

What They'll Do

• Develop detailed construction estimates using HeavyBid software (primary requirement)

• Perform takeoffs using Civil 3D and AgTech/screen takeoff tools

• Create thought-driven estimates with custom unit pricing (not template-based green sheets)

• Estimate heavy civil projects: earthwork, grading, underground utilities, and light structural work

• Support business scaling and project growth

• Work directly with company leadership on estimating strategy

• 8–18+ years of estimating experience, specifically in heavy civil/earthwork

• Fluent English speaker with professional communication skills
