Ferrovial is seeking entry-level construction laborers to support Foreman and skilled crafts on projects around the Jacksonville area. You will learn by performing basic duties under supervision, including digging, lifting materials, and assisting with pipe work and concrete tasks.

Qualifications

• Less than a High School Diploma.
• Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman and skilled craft workers with assigned duties under close supervision.
• Digging, spreading and leveling dirt, sand and gravel with hand tools.
• Lift, carry and secure construction materials, tools and supplies.
• Clean tools, equipment, materials and work area.
• Mix, pour and spread concrete, asphalt, gravel and other materials.
• Join, wrap and seal sections of pipe.
• Perform routine non‑machine tasks such as removing forms and preparing trench sections.
• Perform machine tasks such as tapping soil and assisting in pipe fusing.
