Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Project Management experience.
• Ability to read project contracts and ensure compliance with terms.
• Willingness to learn and apply software tools listed above.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain project controls tracking status of projects and task orders.
• Manage change management processes: logs, pricing, estimates, proposals and change orders.
• Coordinate shop drawings and submittals to document construction progress.
• Read project contracts and ensure compliance with contract terms and legal requirements.
• Assist in project closeout activities to ensure timely completion.
