Job summary

FurstStaffing is seeking a Heavy Assembler in Wisconsin to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. You will assemble large, heavy components and subassemblies, following detailed specifications and blueprints.

You should be dependable, safety-focused, and mechanically inclined, with the ability to read technical drawings, use hand and power tools, and lift heavy parts with proper PPE. The role runs Monday through Friday, 6:00am–4:30pm, onsite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Assemble large and heavy parts, components, and subassemblies according to specifications.
• Fit, test, and calibrate parts to meet tolerances.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and parts lists.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment.
• Inspect assemblies for defects and verify quality compliance.
• Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process.
• Collaborate with team members on multi-person assemblies.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
