Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares work by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specs, and parts lists; gathers parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
• Positions parts by reading measurements; assembles components; fastens parts and subassemblies; verifies specs by measuring finished component.
• Keeps equipment operational by performing preventive maintenance; troubleshoots malfunctions; requests repairs as needed.
• Maintains safe, clean work environment by following procedures and regulations; documents actions on production and quality forms.
• Maintains inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, and expediting orders for supplies.
