Our team in York, SC is hiring enthusiastic assemblers with 2+ years of experience to build under-bridge access platform trucks and trailers from blueprints and schematics. If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious, join our dedicated Mechanical Assembly Team!

salary: $52,000 - $56,159.99 per year

shift: First

work hours: 6 AM - 4:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Assemble under-bridge access platform trucks and trailer components accurately, thoroughly and quickly to approved specifications
• Proficiently read or understand blueprints/assembly drawings, or demonstrate capacity to learn
• Verify the parts required, prior to assembly
• Verify all connections to ensure they match, are joined correctly and to specifications

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 10 hours at one time
• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
