Job summary

H2ajobs is seeking a licensed truck driver in Oregon to operate a tractor-trailer and perform required inspections and paperwork. The role includes delivering supplies, transporting workers, and navigating to assigned sites with map and GPS support.

Responsibilities cover parking, loading/unloading, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness, with on-site housing and meal provisions as described in Addendum C.

Qualifications

• 11 months of verifiable experience driving a tractor with semi-trailer.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Job description

Worker will drive a large flat bed and semi tractor-trailer truck to/from specified destinations; maneuver trucks into and out of loading and unloading positions. Worker must possess the ability to read a map, use GPS and successfully navigate to a specific location: complete electronic log-book; regularly climb up and down, on, into and out of tractor and trailers; complete pre-trip and post-trip inspection and paperwork on trucks and trailers. Clean soiled lights, windows and mirrors.

2. Drive vehicles to haul supplies, tools, and transport farmworkers. The worker may drive from living quarters to work site and vice versa.

Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)

Meals: The Employer will furnish cooking facilities with working appliances, hot water, a place to prepare food atno cost to employees occupying employer-provided housing.

Employees will purchase their own food and prepare their own meals. All breaks and lunches will be subject to local, state, and federal regulations.

Experience wanted: 11 months

Worker must possess 11 months of prior verifiable experience driving the combination of a tractor unit and semi-trailer.

4b Driver requirements: must have a valid drivers license.
