Job Title

Heatset and Twisting Swing Shift Production Associates

Position Overview

(Hablar ingles no es un requisito)
Candidate will be hired into a team system where he/she will be required to learn different manufacturing job functions/skill blocks. Positions available in various manufacturing departments including:
* Twisting
* Heatset

Position Responsibilities:

1. Perform creeling procedures to include threading and tie-in of yarn using a weaver's knot and pop knot air splicer as required.
2. Patrol job and check for breakouts.
3. Perform doffing procedures to include removal of full packages of yarn, stacking on buggies or cases, and replacing with empty cones.
4. Startup ends, repair broken ends, and replace ends into machines.
5. Monitor/patrol job, check for off-quality yarn for reprocessing and check machine creel and winder for correct thread-up.
6. Keep work areas clean and safe.
7. Communicate quality/safety/mechanical problems or concerns to the supervisor.
8. Must adhere to the company attendance policy.

Hours/Shifts:
* 7pm-7am Swing Shifts

Work Shift
12 Hr rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Act Calendar, shift starts PM, days change only
