Our client, an HVAC service company based in Roanoke, VA, is hiring a full-time HVAC Technician. You'll repair and service heating and cooling systems for homes and businesses across the Roanoke region.

The Perks

• $30–$40 per hour, depending on experience
• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm
• Overtime available but not required
• Company truck and gas card (trucks are picked up and returned at the shop)
• Health insurance after 90 days, with the company paying the full premium or half, depending on cost
• 5 days of PTO after 90 days
• Small team of about 11 where your work gets noticed

A Day in the Life

You'll diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, furnaces, and oil-fired equipment. The work is roughly a 50/50 split between residential and commercial service calls.

Your customers include homeowners, restaurants, apartment buildings, and commercial properties. You'll drive a company truck from the Roanoke shop to job sites in Roanoke, Lynchburg, Bedford, Martinsville, and Ridgeway, and represent the company professionally on every call.
