Role Description

The Heating Air Conditioning Installation Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Colorado Springs, CO. This role is responsible for installing, configuring, and testing HVAC systems, including gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning units, and related ductwork. The technician will perform start-ups, verify system performance, and provide basic customer guidance on equipment operation and maintenance. Daily tasks include reading and interpreting technical drawings, performing equipment inspections, and collaborating with team members to ensure safe, efficient installations. The role may also involve assisting with system troubleshooting, minor repairs, and supporting preventive maintenance activities to maintain optimal system performance.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with proficiency in Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently.


• Basic Plumbing skills for connecting and supporting HVAC-related water and condensate lines.


• Experience with Preventive Maintenance practices to ensure long-term performance and reliability of installed systems.


• Knowledge of Electricity and electrical safety for wiring, controls, and system start-up activities.
