Job summary

Pinellas County Schools is seeking an HVAC technician for the North County Service Center in Palm Harbor, Florida. The role supports district facilities with 8-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, in a 12-month calendar, and reports to the DIRECTOR.

This is a full-time position serving school campuses and maintenance teams. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least two years in the HVAC trade, a valid Florida Class E noncommercial driver’s license, and any other licenses as

Job Description.

Graduation from high school or possession of a GED, plus two (2) years experience in the heating and air conditioning trade, performing most of the above mentioned duties and responsibilities. The successful completion of up to two (2) years of verifiable formal training in the trade (vocational, military, or indentured apprentice school) may be substituted for a like amount of the experience requirement. Possession of a valid State of Florida Class E noncommercial driver's license, and any other license as may be required by law.
