We have an exciting opportunity for Nursing Assistants to join our team! We are seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Nursing Assistants who are passionate about caring for people, desire flexible work schedules, and thrive in a compassionate and meaningful environment where they can succeed.

Our Nursing Assistants:
  • Read, understand, and follow residents' individualized ADL directives
  • Make accurate daily chart notes on residents’ conditions, update flow sheets, and report any changes to supervisors
  • Assist residents with toileting, oral hygiene, bathing, grooming, nail clipping, and dressing
  • Assist in serving meals and participate in activities
  • Stay current with all changes regarding residents and department operations; check schedules and activities to assist residents as needed
  • Assist with the admission and discharge of residents
  • Record vital signs and conditions on a scheduled basis or as needed
  • Provide verbal and physical assistance with transfers and ambulation
  • Respond promptly to lights and call assistance requests; report safety hazards
  • Maintain neat and clean work areas
  • Keep resident rooms orderly, ensuring a comfortable, clean, and safe environment; dress residents as needed
  • Ensure residents have opportunities to participate in social, physical, creative, and spiritual activities of their choice
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent plus additional specialized training
  • Current CNA/NAR/HCA license in good standing
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification
  • Ability to read, write, and speak sufficiently in English to perform job responsibilities
