We have a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Director to join our team! This is a great chance to advance your career in a growing industry.

Our Maintenance Director:

  • Administrates and oversees all facilities and maintenance responsibilities of our community.
  • Reviews (with team member assistance) OSHA / SDS safety binder and requirements.
  • Creates daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance schedules.
  • Conducts regular inspections of grounds, buildings, and major equipment, reporting findings to the Community Manager.
  • Reviews and audits incident reports, ensuring thorough and accurate information.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of apartment maintenance experience or trade school equivalent.
  • Prior supervision experience of a facilities or maintenance team.
  • Familiarity with electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
  • Knowledge of apartment complex and property building systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with tact, maturity, and flexibility.
  • Excellent customer service skills, ensuring high resident and employee satisfaction.
  • Flexibility with schedule and availability for occasional on-call emergencies.
  • Valid driver’s license and own transportation required.
