As the Health, Safety & Security Lead, you will play a critical role in protecting Finastra's people, facilities, and operations by leading health, safety, physical security, and incident management initiatives across the Americas while supporting selected international locations.
You will serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, driving the maturity of Finastra's corporate security and health and safety programs. This role requires a proactive professional who can assess threats, manage incidents, conduct investigations, oversee regulatory compliance, and partner with stakeholders across multiple regions to strengthen organizational resilience and security preparedness.
Location: Atlanta, Georgia-This is a hybrid role with 2 days/week in office requirement (Sandy Springs, GA).
