Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to read and interpret blueprints for heat-treated parts.
• Troubleshoot simple faults and warnings in machinery.
• Coordinate with Quality team to ensure dimensional accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare components for heat treatment
• Monitor heat treatment systems in automatic mode
• Troubleshoot faults and warnings
• Adjust process parameters in heat treatment programs
• Maintain heat treatment lab equipment per schedule
• Conduct hardness tests using different methods
• Assess material quality via spectral analysis
• Perform grinding burn tests
• Produce and evaluate metallographic micrographs
• Document time and quantities in ERP
• Communicate with team and Quality staff
• Maintain shift process controls and performance reports
• Participate in team meetings and other duties as assigned
