Job summary

Torrey Holistics, a heat-treating facility, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience in heavy industrial maintenance. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery, diagnose issues in hydraulic systems, pumps, motors, and mechanical components, and conduct welding and light fabrication to modify equipment.

Responsibilities include maintaining furnaces, quench tanks, cooling systems, and heat-treating machinery, troubleshooting

Qualifications

5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in heavy manufacturing or heat-treat environment.
Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
Familiarity with lockout/tagout procedures and industrial safety protocols.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in high-temperature environments.
Proficient in welding and light fabrication to maintain/modify equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and heat-treating equipment.
Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems, pumps, motors, and mechanical components.
Conduct welding and light fabrication to maintain and modify equipment as needed.
Maintain furnaces, quench tanks, cooling systems, and other heat-treating machinery.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and equipment records.
Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and procedures.
