This full-time entry-level role offers $18.00 per hour on the 1st shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM). A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders and production instructions.
• Verify materials, quantities, and specifications.
• Load and unload metal parts into furnaces, racks, baskets, and quench tanks.
• Assist Heat Treat Operators with various heat-treating processes.
• Monitor furnace temperatures and processing times.
• Inspect parts for visible defects or inconsistencies.
• Maintain production and processing records.
• Use measuring and testing equipment as trained.
• Move materials using carts, pallet jacks, hoists, or forklifts when certified.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all safety, PPE, and quality requirements.
• Assist with basic equipment cleaning and maintenance.
