Job summary

Advanced Heat Treat Corp. is seeking a 1st Shift Heat Treat Support (General Labor) at our Monroe, Michigan facility. You will learn metals, heat effects, and quality importance while supporting equipment operators and heat treat technicians.

Expected duties include fixturing, masking, cleaning, loading and packaging of parts. We emphasize attention to detail and safe, climate-controlled work. This is a full-time entry-level role with on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• One year of industrial experience.
• Ability to operate forklift and overhead crane (training provided).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to equipment operators and heat treat technicians by following process instructions and work orders.
• Perform fixturing, masking, cleaning, loading and packaging of customer parts.
• Assist with routine shop duties with strong attention to detail in a climate-controlled facility.
