Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow the production schedule and ensure safety.
• Manage manpower and train and develop staff on shift.
• Ensure quality and productivity targets are met.
• Oversee shift handovers and equipment walk-arounds.
• Support continuous improvement and cost reduction efforts.
