The Heat Treat Operator at Snap-on is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring heat-treating equipment to harden, quench, temper, anneal and carburize metal parts, ensuring they meet required hardness, strength, and durability specifications while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards. This role is on the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, 1:30pm–9:30pm, with mandatory overtime.

This role ensures components meet required hardness, strength, and durability specifications while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards.

Must be available to work mandatory overtime.
