Job Description

Job Duties:

1. Measure, mark, and scribe temperatures and reference points on materials or workpieces, as well as select, align, and secure fixtures and stamp position numbers.
2. Calculate and set controls to regulate temperatures and pressures, including speed, gas pressure, and part clearance; enter commands to retrieve, input, or edit machine control programs.
3. Manufacture parts and components within specified tolerances, minimizing scrap and adhering to the production schedule.
4. Start and observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions, adjusting machine controls as needed.
5. Perform in-process inspections to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and quality standards.
6. Comply with all company and HSE policies and procedures.
7. Assist with helper duties such as stenciling, cleaning, and supporting operators to ensure smooth production.
8. Perform maintenance on equipment to ensure smooth operation.
9. Train new employees and cross-train in other areas.

Education & Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or GED preferred.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
3. Basic computer skills.
4. High attention to detail.
5. Ability to communicate and work safely in a team environment.
