Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking an onsite Heat Treat Manager to oversee a captive heat treat and fastener production in Phoenix, AZ. This role focuses on maintaining 24/5 operations, supervising up to eight operators, scheduling, and ensuring high-quality parts delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years' experience operating endothermic batch quench furnaces, Rockwell hardness testing skills, and a reliable attendance record; MTI certification is a plus as the team grows.

Captive heat treat and fastener manufacturer located in Phoenix, Arizona with a strong market position and continued and aggressive growth seeks an onsite manager over their heat treat operation.

Numerous patents of load bearing bolts that provide immediate performance data utilizing digital and wireless data have provided for extensive growth across numerous markets including mining, wind power, subsea applications, and ever-growing market applications.
