Job summary

NOV is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Associate to join our Texas operations. You will apply stencils, paint, and stamps to drill pipe following standard procedures while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. You may assist across multiple Heat Treat lines and perform basic equipment maintenance.

The role requires the ability to stand up to 12 hours, adapt to weather conditions, and support a team focused on safety and quality. Prior manufacturing exposure is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• 0-2 years of manufacturing environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and apply stencils, paint and stamps to drill pipe per SOPs.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
• Perform duties safely in line with company safety and quality procedures.
• Assist on more than one Heat Treat line as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance on equipment and tools.
• Cut test samples per shop order for Met Lab submission.
• Fill in for Operators when required.
• Work in adverse weather conditions if applicable.
• Stand for up to 12 hours as part of shift.
