Senior Metal Bellows, part of Senior plc, is seeking a seasoned heat-treat operations lead based in Massachusetts. The role focuses on supervising daily heat-treat activities, ensuring process compliance, and coordinating audits with NADCAP and AMS 2750 standards.
You will mentor staff, drive process improvements, and partner with Engineering on tooling upgrades. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in heat-treat operations, an engineering-related Associate degree, and strong problem-solving

Minimum of 5 years of experience in heat treat operations or a related manufacturing environment.
Associate degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
Hiring Range $30-$38 per hour
Trade Compliance Statement Access to our facilities is restricted under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to U.S. Persons (U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, U.S. Nationals, U.S. refugees, asylees, or temporary residents under amnesty provisions ), and to properly licensed foreign persons.
