Responsibilities:

• Perform plating, stripping, and heat treat operations according to work instructions and specifications.
• Conduct hardness tests and document results post-heat treat.
• Check and adjust quench processes for proper percentages.
• Maintain and clean all equipment regularly.
• Operate hoist and other machinery safely.
• Follow all safety instructions and practices diligently.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Basic math skills.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs multiple times daily.
• Capable of wearing PPE and working in hot environments.
• Stand for extended periods; some overtime required.
