Job summary

Depot Connect International in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Heat Technician to support operations at the Chesapeake facility. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, industrial experience, and willingness to work a rotating overnight shift. Pay is $19–$21 per hour, with partial employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance and a 401(k) plan. You will monitor tanks to maintain temperatures per work orders and dry tanks as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial environment.
• Ability to work a rotating overnight shift.
• Experience with tank maintenance and heating tanks.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of hazardous material.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring all tanks which are required to be heated to a specified temperature per work orders.
• Observe tanks to ensure dryness and will dry tanks when required.
