Job summary

Geiger in Lewiston, ME is seeking a Heat Press Transfer Operator to set up, operate, and maintain heat press machines, ensuring orders meet specifications and quality standards. You will handle materials, prepare transfer quotes, manage inventory, and support distribution center operations.

Candidates should have strong communication, organization, and attention to detail, plus basic computer skills and the ability to work flexible shifts including overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 months to 1 year warehouse/production experience preferred.
• Experience with machine setup and operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and basic maintenance of heat press transfer machines under supervision.
• Review orders and secure materials to fulfill specifications.
• Determine machine settings based on product requirements.
• Receive, cut, and inventory raw transfer materials.
• Create quotes for transfers using provided art/specifications.
• Assist Receiving/Pick/Pack/Ship operations as needed.
