Challenger Teamwear is seeking candidates for the Heat Press Operator position. We have multiple openings for this role, which involves applying logos and numbers to sports apparel in a casual work environment. No prior experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided.

Position Overview:

Operate heat press machinery, review order paperwork, maintain safety standards, demonstrate flexibility, and ensure quality in printing logos and numbers.

Skills and Experience:

• No experience necessary
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Physical Abilities:

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Dexterity and arm-hand steadiness

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally

Work Schedule and Pay:

• 40 hours/week, day shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM
• Pay rate: $15 per hour
