Job summary

Hayden Industrial in Tulsa, OK, seeks an experienced Assembly Supervisor to plan, direct, and coordinate the work and resources needed to manufacture large air-cooled heat exchanger products. You will supervise material flow, assembly, and testing of heat exchanger bundles and final assembly to meet cost, quality, and schedule targets.

The role requires leadership in a manufacturing environment, strict adherence to safety programs, and collaboration with Engineering/QC to implement changes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of four years manufacturing experience.
• Prior air-cooled heat exchanger assembly production supervising experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise department employees and maximize potential.
• Manage work orders load according to schedule.
• Oversee assembly of coolers and record jobs daily.
• Safely build heat exchangers using general shop tools.
• Supervise heat exchanger bundles assembly and testing.
• Oversee final assembly and testing including motors/props.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Ensure product meets quality standards.
• Follow company policies and safety programs.
• Balance labor across departments.
• Communicate with shop manager about write-ups.
• Ensure employees log into ERP correctly and track rework.
• Schedule department overtime hours.
• Coordinate with Engineering/QC on changes.
