1st Shift Heat 3 / Annealing

Our client in Rockford is looking for a dependable Heat Treat / Annealing Operator to join their team on 1st Shift! This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience who is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to become part of a hardworking team. The shift is Monday to Friday 6:30AM-3PM and the pay rate is $17/hr.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operating heat treat and annealing furnaces and related equipment
• Loading and unloading parts and materials according to production requirements
• Monitoring furnace temperatures, cycles, and processing times
