Qualifications

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests for stove service.
• Evaluate and diagnose stove problems.
• Estimate costs of stove repair, service, and installation.
• Repair stoves.
• Provide preventative maintenance and warranty services.
• Adhere to manufacturer recommendations.
• Teach homeowners how to operate their hearth appliances.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records.
