Senior Lifestyle is seeking individuals to provide quick, friendly food and beverage service to residents and guests, ensuring needs are met with HEART—Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect & Teamwork.

Responsibilities include taking orders, communicating with the kitchen, delivering meals, bussing tables, and maintaining a positive demeanor with residents and staff. Training for food safety and related licenses will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Clear English communication is required.
• Willingness to learn; training provided for food safety and licenses.
• Basic computer skills for POS and payroll systems.
• Ability to make independent decisions when needed.
• Problem-solving in variable situations with limited standardization.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with residents and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Take and relay food orders to the kitchen and deliver to residents and/or guests promptly.
• Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.
• Bus and reset tables and complete assigned side work.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.
