Penn State Health Cardiology Coordinator Clinical Staffing position located in Camp Hill, PA, is a full-time, 1.0 FTE role. Day shift, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with responsibility for assessing staffing needs and coordinating resources.

You will obtain staffing resources as needed and ensure unit needs are matched on a weekly, daily, and shift basis, contributing to high-quality patient care and efficient operations across Heart and Vascular.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess staffing needs based on information gathered from a variety of sources, obtaining additional staffing resources as needed, and assuring that staffing resources and unit needs are appropriately matched on a weekly, daily, and shift basis.
