VDYNE in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking a Valve Specialist to join the manufacturing floor building our tricuspid valve replacement system. You will assemble components, maintain quality, and document procedures to ensure patient safety.

THE ROLE

As a Valve Specialist, you'll work on the manufacturing floor as part of the team that physically builds VDyne's tricuspid valve replacement system. The components you assemble and the quality standards you uphold have a direct line to patient outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision craftsmanship, thrives in a structured and regulated environment, and wants to be part of a small team doing meaningful work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Perform manufacturing operations associated with the assembly and production of VDyne's tricuspid valve replacement system
  • Handle and maneuver small components and parts with precision and care
  • Utilize microscopes and other production equipment as required
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), work instructions, and all applicable procedures
  • Ensure job documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Maintain acute awareness of finished product quality throughout all production activities
  • Follow gowning procedures and help maintain cleanroom standards
  • Support cross-training and certification across all functions of this position

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING

IDEAL CANDIDATE BACKGROUNDS

We’re interested in candidates with experience in:

  • Heart valve manufacturing or bioprosthetic valve assembly
  • Surgical sewing or micro-suturing
  • Tissue handling or biomaterial assembly
  • Surgical technology
  • Dental laboratory or fine hand assembly
  • Microscope-based inspection or assembly
  • Textile, jewelry, or other precision craft backgrounds
