Responsibilities

• Provides patient education and administers medications per policy.
• Evaluates and manages care for patients with cardiac devices and follows physician orders.
• Performs device interrogations, reprogramming, and remote monitoring as per device type.
• Contacts patients regarding recalls and ensures device changes are implemented.
• Implements care and triage with other team members to ensure safe patient care.
• Maintains accurate EMR documentation and completes billing and vouchers.
• Demonstrates strong time management, supervision, and workflow organization.
• Ensures compliance with licensure requirements and clinical guidelines.
