Job summary

West Coast Fitness LLC is hiring Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-based Orangetheory workouts. Coaches welcome members, motivate them, and foster a supportive studio environment, ensuring safety and effectiveness in every 1-hour session.

Ideal candidates combine energy with strong communication, a team spirit, and commitment to studio culture; certification and CPR/AED are required, with ongoing CEU hours annually.

Qualifications

• Current fitness certification from ACE, NASM, AFAA, NSCA, or ACSM.
• AED/CPR certification required.
• 10+ hours per year in continuing education units outside of OTF curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts.
• Help members set and achieve goals.
• Ensure correct form and provide corrections as needed.
• Understand heart-rate-based training and related science.
• Be a team player; immerse in studio culture.
• Available to coach a minimum of 8 classes/week.
