Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness -- West Coast Fitness is hiring Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed workouts and to inspire members to push beyond their limits. You will create a welcoming environment, guide members through sessions, and help them stay motivated and safe throughout the hour-long classes.

Ideal candidates hold a current fitness certification, AED/CPR, and have 2+ years of group or personal training experience.

Qualifications

• Current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness.
• AED/CPR certificate verifiable.
• 2 years of experience as a group or personal trainer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts.
• Ensure correct form and provide corrections when needed.
• Help members set and achieve personal fitness goals.
• Demonstrate understanding of heart-rate-based training and science.
• Be a team player and coach a minimum of 8 classes per week.
