Orangetheory Fitness is hiring Fitness Coaches to lead coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts in our studio network. You will guide members through energizing, heart-rate focused sessions, model correct form, and motivate others to reach their goals; no degree required, but national fitness certification is required or obtainable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts.
• Help members set and achieve goals.
• Ensure correct form and provide corrections as needed.
• Understand heart-rate focused training programs and how equipment is used.
• Demonstrate usage for equipment in every workout.

Formação académica

National fitness certification or equivalent (or ability to obtain certification)
