Qualifications

• National fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through predefined workouts.
• Help members set and achieve goals.
• Ensure correct form and provide corrections as needed.
• Understand heart-rate focused training and the science behind Orangetheory workouts.
• Demonstrate proper use of all equipment used in workouts.
