Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking Fitness Coaches to lead coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts in a supportive studio. You will guide members through heart-rate focused sessions, ensure proper form, and help members achieve their goals in a team-oriented environment.

No degree is required; a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent) or the ability to obtain one is needed.

Qualifications

• National fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to connect with and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts.
• Help members set and achieve goals.
• Ensure correct form and provide corrections when needed.
• Demonstrate usage of equipment and explain heart-rate training concepts.
