Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Spokane is seeking a Kitchen Team member to help prepare and cook menu items to our standards, while keeping a clean and efficient kitchen. The role supports timely service and high-quality dining experiences.

Applicants should be team-oriented with a strong work ethic, able to work evenings and weekends, and capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety certifications.
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts past 12:00 AM.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Shift lengths of 6 hours or longer.
• Team oriented with attention to detail.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen throughout every shift.
• Ensure food is prepared accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures.
• Practice proper food handling techniques at all times.
• Work closely with managers and fellow team members to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
• Stock, organize, and rotate products to maintain freshness and quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Help create an exceptional dining experience by delivering consistent, high quality food.
